This is how Golgappa water is prepared
While talking to Local 18, Raja Kumar said that unlike other shops, Golgappa water and chokha are prepared with special spices at our place. Once customers eat it, they never forget the taste. He comes to our shop again and eats. He said that the Golgappa water prepared here is mixed with mint leaves, coriander leaves, cumin powder, green chilli chutney, lemon and tamarind. Talking about Chokha, here it is prepared with a mixture of potatoes, peas, gram, onion and many spices. This is the reason why more than 400 people go to our place every day to eat Golgappa. He has been running this shop at this same place for the last 5 years. This shop gets decorated from 2:00 pm and remains decorated till late evening.
